Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will provide technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce implementations across Force.com and Lightning platforms, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and business-aligned solutions.

✦   You will lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including Lightning and Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), maintaining design consistency, technical excellence, and solution integrity.

✦   Conduct technical design workshops, establish architecture standards, and prepare detailed design specifications such as class models, sequence diagrams, and component structures.

✦   Drive research, prototyping, and R&D initiatives to evaluate and implement emerging tools and technologies that enhance Salesforce capabilities and overall system efficiency.

✦   Mentor and guide development teams through analysis, development, and testing phases, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

✦   Define and validate non-functional requirements, proactively manage risks, and communicate trade-offs and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

✦   Oversee production troubleshooting, promote knowledge sharing, and champion a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and best practice adoption across teams.
