Job Responsibilities:

✦   Hands-on experience in developing functionality using Apex.

✦   Experience on VF pages / Aura / LWC.

✦   Experience in JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

✦   Experience with inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications and services.

✦   Write assertive unit test cases covering all business use cases and boundary conditions.

✦   Review peer code to ensure adherence to naming conventions and Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Perform groundwork/POCs for complex requirements and review with technical lead/Architect.

✦   Actively participate in resolving production issues and escalations.

✦   Comprehend business domain and align it with Salesforce solutions.

✦   Own end-to-end delivery for major epics/modules from scoping to delivery.

✦   Work on deployment methodologies like change sets, CI/CD using GIT, SFDX CLI.

✦   Drive and collaborate in technical discussions with business teams.

✦   Gather requirements and develop APIs/business logic accordingly.

✦   Participate in sprint meetings, planning, refinement, and estimation.

✦   Understand dependencies with other teams and communicate effectively.

✦   Support business users by acting as a focal point for assigned areas.

✦   Own production deployments and ensure proper review before release.

✦   Ensure proper exception handling in all code implementations.

✦   Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base.

✦   Document end-to-end business requirements and system fitment.

✦   Update knowledge base for recurring activities and complex implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification (PD1 – Mandatory).

✦   Experience in Apex development.

✦   Experience with Visualforce pages, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Knowledge of JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

✦   Experience in integrations with third-party systems.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.

✦   Experience in writing unit test cases.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD, GIT, and SFDX CLI.

✦   Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
