We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to support Sales Cloud implementations. The candidate will work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include user story creation, system configuration, workflow setup, validation rule implementation, and UAT support. The consultant will bridge communication between business users and technical teams.

Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles and change management processes is required. Strong communication and documentation skills are mandatory.

The consultant will also support post-implementation enhancements and optimization initiatives.
