Job Responsibilities:

✦   Identify opportunities to automate workflows, optimize back-end processes, and follow established coding standards and best practices. Develop user experiences that streamline business processes, assist in building a component library to empower Administrators to deliver features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build integrations. Support the design and build of new features while assisting with team initiatives. Work under guidance of senior developers and in collaboration with Product Managers and business stakeholders to support requirement gathering and assist with implementation of features. Develop foundational technical skills and teamwork capabilities to successfully launch features in Salesforce. Begin exposure to AWS technologies alongside the primary Salesforce platform with mentorship from senior team members.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience with APIs and technical integrations.

✦   Experience designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale.

✦   Experience working with agile development methodologies.

✦   Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

✦   2+ years Salesforce development experience.

✦   Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer (preferred).

✦   4+ years Salesforce development experience (preferred).
