Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management.

✦   Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

✦   Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

✦   Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce solutions.

✦   Utilise automation tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency, where applicable.

✦   Track, report, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar.

✦   Prepare and present regular status reports and metrics to project stakeholders and senior management.

✦   Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure optimal quality and productivity.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.ddsd

Job Requirements:

✦   6-9 years of experience in Salesforce QA.

✦   Experience in Salesforce testing including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

✦   Experience with automation tools and frameworks.

✦   Knowledge of defect management tools such as Jira or ALM.

✦   Preferred certifications: Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Sales, Service, CPQ Consultant certification.
