Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and post-implementation optimization.
✦ Act as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce implementation partner/vendor.
✦ Ensure timely delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system updates.
✦ Monitor system performance, adoption, and platform stability.
✦ Gather and document requirements from business teams.
✦ Translate business needs into Salesforce workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
✦ Maintain Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
✦ Ensure data governance, user access management, and CRM best practices.
✦ Build dashboards and reports for business insights.
✦ Coordinate with implementation partners for development, releases, and troubleshooting.
✦ Drive user adoption through training and documentation.
Job Requirements:
✦ 5–8+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and administration.
✦ Experience managing Salesforce vendors / implementation partners.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
✦ Experience with workflow automation, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
✦ Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
