Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze requirements and clarify business needs, proposing high-level feasibility guidelines.

✦   Perform general configuration using point & click solutions.

✦   Manage core Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud features.

✦   Utilize Flows, Dynamic Forms, Automations, Data Loader, and Advanced Reporting.

✦   Apply Scrum agile methodologies and release management best practices.

✦   Implement Salesforce development in both backend and front-end using Apex.

✦   Adhere to development best practices.

✦   Engage with business stakeholders on incident management activities.

✦   Communicate effectively with strong client-facing skills in writing and presentations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.

✦   Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Communities.

✦   Experience with Flows, Dynamic Forms, Automations, and Data Loader.

✦   Knowledge of Advanced Reporting and agile methodologies.

✦   Sales Cloud Consultant and Advanced Administrator certifications.

✦   Flow Specialist SuperBadge is mandatory.

✦   Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.

✦   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✦   Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

✦   Certification in B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud (nice to have).

✦   Engagement with the Salesforce Trailblazer Community and knowledge of new releases (nice to have).
