Responsibilities include preparing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The analyst will support system testing and user acceptance testing activities and ensure that implemented solutions meet business expectations.

The role requires close collaboration with developers, administrators, and project managers. Strong documentation and communication skills are required.

Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations is preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
