We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities include user management, profile and permission setup, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and data quality management. The administrator will support ongoing Salesforce deployments and help maintain system stability.
The candidate will collaborate with developers and architects to implement enhancements and will be responsible for monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
Strong communication skills are required as the candidate will interact with multiple teams including sales operations, customer success, and management. Documentation of processes and changes will be an essential part of this role.
